A copy of all your data is backed up securely using 128-bit SSL encryption and stored securely using 448-bit Blowfish encryption in Mozy’s secure and remote location. MozyPro customers also get an optional private encryption key

MozyPro customers can choose whether to have automated backup while their computers are not in use, scheduled backups at specific days and times, or near continuous protection with backups performed every 2 hours. To ensure such backups don’t impede with normal operations and regular computer performance, you can use bandwidth throttling to dictate how much bandwidth can be used for backups while leaving the rest FREE for higher priority functions.

You can even restore multiple versions of any file backed up in the last 30 days.
